Individual Session


I assess myofascial balance & joint mobility moment-to-moment. As I deepen my own body & breath awareness, overused muscles relax, and dormant patterns activate, in both you & me. If I “push the river” in my own mind & body I will evoke resistance in yours, causing the nervous system to guard & protect rather than relax & allow. My priority is to be so present to my own experience that I allow balanced, healing energy to flow within & between us.
