BIOGRAPHY

Hayley is an integrative manual and movement practitioner & yoga teacher based in Grand Haven, MI. She teaches weekly yoga classes at Wildflower Yoga Studio and offers private sessions in person and via zoom.

With her dynamic approach to holistic health, Hayley offers accessible yet profound ways to integrate mindfulness, breath & body awareness and self care into daily life. Her unique blend of methods creates a fertile environment for growth & transformation. She is a very tactile practitioner, teaching with & encouraging touch as a form of healing & conscious communication, with self and others.

Hayley engineers an environment where senses heighten & the body-breath-mind-broader conscious connection strengthens. Through tailored, focused cuing she strategically draws attention to chronic postural faults & movement patterns that predispose pain, injury and health decline. Linking mindful breathing with therapeutic movement encourages muscle balance & joint alignment as vitality increases. The subsequent psychological benefit that blossoms from amplified breath & body awareness leads to multifaceted improvement & organic lifestyle change.

Through her own evolving practice, Hayley taps into an ocean of insight to share. She roots herself in the beauty & wisdom of nature to guide her practice & her life.
